About mgWindow Plus v2.0 - Mouse Gesture Window Controller

mgWindow Plus is an advance version of mgWindow. mgWindow Plus v2.0 use a mouse gesture to execute a hotkey combination or a group of hotkeys. With mgWindow Plus you can use mouse gestures to control any windows, any web browsers(Ie, Firefox, Opera, Chrome and so on). You can quickly close a web page tab by drawing a letter "S", or holding mouse right button, then move down, move right.

You can create your own hotkey combinations with "Hotkeys Manager", to do any task as you want.

How to use mgWindow Plus v2.0

To use mgWindow Plus, you need to create a hotkey combination (or a group of hotkeys) and associate it with a mouse gesture. Then you could use the mouse gesture to execute the hotkey (or the group of hotkeys).

Here are the hotkey combinations (You can see them in "Hotkeys Manager"):

Manage Hotkeys

Right click mgWindow Plus icon in the System Tray, select "Manage Hotkeys" from the menu, to show the hotkeys manager dialog.

Create A Hotkey

Step 1, select a mouse gesture from the mouse gesture box.

Step 2, set the hotkey combination configure. You may enter a name for the hotkey or choose a hotkey name from the box. Choose an image from the image box for the hotkey. Press the keyboard to set hotkey combination.

Then click the "Add" button, add the new hotkey to the list.

Edit/Delete A Hotkey

Selete a hotkey from the list left, then press the button "Edit/Delete" to edit/delete the hotkey.

Notify before executing

If this setting is set, mgWindow Plus will notify you before executing the hotkey command.

If not set, when the group is activated, the hotkey will be executed directly.

The image left is the screenshot of "Notify before executing".

Click the hotkey image to execute, move your cursor out of the window to cancel.

Close list after executing

If this setting is set, after executing a hotkey, the mgWindow Plus list window will be closed automatically.

For the hotkey command which can be executed for several times, such as "Close Tab", "New Tab", and so on, you'd better not use this option.

Show preview window

The preview window is use to help you identify which window is the active window, can be controlled by mgWindow Plus.

If you don't like the preview window, you may close it by changing this setting.

Play sound after executing

This option can help you know whether a hotkey is executed or not.
